網路好課程 - B 老師


(B 老師的美麗倩影)

為了解決心中對於 Camel 的疑惑(詳見前一篇文章),我在網海中尋尋覓覓,意外找到這一系列由 BellyDanceBoulevard.com 提供的好課程。
每個課程約 7 ~ 9 min,很詳盡的由練習動作開始,漸漸導入舞步。
而且因為授課老師的母語並非英文,所以她講得比較慢,我比較聽得懂,不至於鴨子聽雷。

真的很開心自己又重拾認真學習的心情,我想這跟辦公室的壓力有絕大的關係。
前一陣子工作很忙,連喘息的機會都不多,遑論學習。終於忙到一個段落,又可以來享受學習的挑戰。(dance)(banana_rock)

因為不知美麗老師的名&姓,姑且稱之為 B(Beautiful)老師囉!

This is the first lesson out of a full online belly dance course from BellyDanceBoulevard.com. Watch and practice at the comfort of your home, by yourself or with a friend.
The video starts with 2:30 minutes of me doing dance improvisation; I believe it is important to see your teacher's dance style before learning from her. Following that, there are about seven minutes of belly dance lesson. We learn how to do the twist, how to walk with it, and more.
The music I dance to is the song "Ra'etak" ("I protected you") from Hussein el Masry's album "Arabian Emotions".

We learn here three styles of shimmi - Egyptian (controlled) shimmi, vibration and chuchu.
The music I dance to is the song "Nour el Ain" sang by the Egyptian star Amr Diab.
中心不動, 上身不動 ;
重心移右腳, 左臀up(on hill)-down-shift (反之亦然) + walking
vibration (un-controlled shimming)
Chuchu: 踮腳, 胸略向前, 快速交替踩腳,可擺向左、擺向右。

左右在一個平面上,腰線是水平的,腹部永遠正面向前。
+ Walking (踏腳出去時,腰線是無法維持水平的)
轉向四個方向(step-close), 兩個的旋轉(jala did before), or many
臀部向左,身體向右轉。
